One of the key advantages is stock allocation. Proforma requests submitted through the basket arrive directly into our system with an immediate timestamp. Stock assignment is based on the timestamp of when the request arrives in our system, meaning that submitting your request through the basket can help ensure your order is placed in the queue as early as possible, subject to stock availability.
The basket also captures your delivery information and other requirements at the point of submission. This allows our team to begin planning from the information you have provided and helps reduce unnecessary telephone calls and emails to confirm order details.
