Currently, we are seeking a Business Development Manager position to take our company to a new level. The goal of the position is to drive business growth, research and identify new business opportunities, and oversee multiple operational aspects of the company. If executed properly, we believe this role will not only consolidate our relationship with our existing valued customers and our partnerships with design and architectural firms but further develop a new network of contacts and potential clients, to help the company obtain better brand recognition and financial growth.
We are looking for a skilled and motivated person to join our friendly team in Bourne End, near Maidenhead, where we work together to improve our business and the company’s position in the market. You will apply your expertise in the following areas to embed into our company identity, supporting the reputation and campaign needs of our business.
Responsibilities Include:
- Establish and nurture quality relationships with our existing customers
- Research and develop a new network of contacts to attract new clients
- Brainstorm new ideas on marketing and overall company recognition in the market
- Working with our telesales colleagues to follow up on new leads
- Collaborating with our production colleague in the far east
- Periodically report to the management team on recent activity, performance, and outcomes
Your Skills and Experiences Include:
- Ability to work under pressure
- A good team player and listener
- Attention to detail and a ‘can-do’ mindset
- Willingness to deliver creative concept presentations
- Excellent communication skills in English & Mandarin, both verbal and written
- Former background in business (desirable)
- Proficiency in IT skills, including MS Office

- £27’000 per year

Work Authorisation:
- This is a full-time role based in our Bourne End office. Eligibility to work in the UK is a requirement.
Work Location:
- Bourne End, SL8 5DT, with nearby and accessible transport links. Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work is required.
