Our Direct Sample Posting Service

If you want to avoid the hassle of arranging hand samples, you can utilise our direct sampling service for a small fee which covers the cost of packaging and posting. Our delivery service partners DHL and Royal Mail offer us a very competitive rate and we pass on such savings. Our Royal Mail delivery service plus the sample cost as little as £3.84 + VAT. We prepare and you relax.

Sample Posting Service Table

The sample request cut-off for dispatching the same day is 11:50AM for DHL next day service and 2:30PM for all Royal Mail services. Samples are subject to stock availability. This service is only available to Gold, Prestige, Foundation & Signature account holders. The standard sample size is approximately 120mm in length. Please see below the price guide for the facilitation of direct end-user sampling.

Instructions

All requests must be received by email to wood@qandy.uk and are subject to stock availability. Please use “Direct Sample Posting” as the subject line. Some service offers notification service and if your customer consent to receive such notification, please include their telephone number and email address so that when we book the delivery we can include that information in the system. In the event that your request arrived passed our service cut-off time, we will still endeavour to arrange the pick-up for the same day if we have the capacity to prepare the item, and this also is subjected to whether our service provider being able to collect the extra item or not.

In the event of any non-delivery, we will investigate the missing items. It is our policy to replace any item that is lost in the post and a replacement item will be sent out in due course. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be held liable for delay or missing items or the consequences thereof.

In submitting the details of your client, you confirm that you have obtained the appropriate consent from your client to provide us with their personal data to our company. To facilitate posting the samples, we also need to share their details with our delivery service partner to be used solely for the purpose of delivery. It is the responsibility of the reseller to fully understand our data handling policy and have obtained the necessary consent from the customer who wishes to receive samples that we facilitate. You must obtain consent from your client if you wish to provide us with a telephone number and/or email address as some services will notify you via mobile and/or email regarding the status of the parcel. If your customer only consents to receive the sample but not the status update of the delivery, please do not supply us with their telephone number/email or any personal information alike.
