Important Notice – Please read carefully
Due to camera limitations, changes in natural/artificial lighting, and the relative inconsistencies across displays on mobile devices and monitors, the colours you see on your device may not be a completely accurate reproduction of the actual product. We strive to make our colours as accurate as possible, but images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct. Under no circumstance shall we have any liability to you for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of using the images provided or reliance on the images. Your use of the image and your reliance on them is solely at your own risk. Because wood is a natural material, every piece of our flooring will have a unique appearance, often with naturally-occurring variations in colour, texture as well as grain pattern. Showroom samples and photographic reproductions can give an example of the product’s appearance, but they may not be representative of the full range of colour, texture and grain variations which naturally occur in the product itself. The images we provide are for reference only and should not be used as the sole basis for choosing a particular style of flooring. Customers should view actual product samples before making a purchase decision. Before installation of our flooring, customers should examine the product carefully to ensure it meets their expectations for appearance and quality. Flooring that has been installed will be deemed to have been inspected and accepted by the customer. Wood floors will naturally undergo a change in colour when exposed to the ambient light in a home environment.
Generally, colours become richer and grain patterns more harmonised. The effect will vary by species. Our flooring collection is constantly being improved and expanded, product availability and specifications are subject to change without notice. Customers are advised to confirm all product specifications prior to purchase. It is recommended that all installations of our flooring product be performed by qualified professional hardwood flooring installers. Only flooring specifically designed and approved for use over radiant heat should be installed over underfloor heating systems, and the installation must conform to our instructions, which are available on request
