We are seeking a logistic controller working as part of the ops team who liaises with the factory on container booking, and customs clearance. The role involves you being an integral part of the team, taking responsibility for your work, and ensuring accuracy in recording and sharing information. Collation and control of all import/export documentation required. Liaison with 3rd Party Transportation and collation for specific customers’ requirements. Support on-site stock control.

You will apply your expertise in the following areas to embed into our company identity, supporting the reputation and campaign needs of our business.
Responsibilities Include:
- Being able to work in a stressful environment at times
- Completing export paperwork
- Export Document Control.
- Booking in and confirming incoming deliveries
- Recording all outgoing despatches
- Inputting and sharing KPI
- Carrying out customer orders when required
Your Skills and Experiences Include:
- A good team player and listener

- Good organisational and time-management skills – being able to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills in English & Mandarin, both verbal and written
- Proficient IT and organisational skills

- Previous experience in freight forwarding is desirable

- 24’000 per year

Work Authorisation:
- This is a full-time role based in our Bourne End office. Eligibility to work in the UK is a requirement.
Work Location:
- Bourne End, SL8 5DT, with nearby and accessible transport links. Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work is required.
