We are seeking a Telesales Executive / Customer Service role to help our company reach a new height. The goal of the position is to drive business growth, identify new business opportunities, contact potential new clients by phone and email to gauge interest and plan meetings, and offer customer services to existing clients. If the duties are being executed properly, this role should consolidate our relationship with our existing customers and bring in new clients, to stimulate the company’s financial growth and overall revenue.
We are looking for a motivated person to join our friendly team in Bourne End, near Maidenhead, where we work together to improve our business and the company’s position in the market. You will apply your expertise in the following areas to embed into our company identity, supporting the reputation and campaign needs of our business.
Responsibilities Include:
- Contacting potential new clients by phone and email
- Scheduling business meetings with new and existing customers
- Using sales scripts proffered by the company and responding to customer’s rejections
- Negotiating business rates and contract terms with clients
- Resourcing candidate profiles by using a variety of methods
- Brainstorming new marketing ideas and recognizing the current trend
- Processing and recordkeeping customer purchases and histories
Your Skills and Experiences Include:
- A good team player and listener

- Hard-working and target driven
- The ability to follow scripts and adapt to the appropriate sales techniques in a B2B environment
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills in English & Mandarin, both verbal and written
- Proficient IT and organisational skills
- Previous experience in sales would be desired

- £23’000 per year

Work Authorisation:
- This is a full-time role based in our Bourne End office. Eligibility to work in the UK is a requirement.
Work Location:
- Bourne End, SL8 5DT, with nearby and accessible transport links. Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work is required.
