Job description
Main Duties
- Loading and unloading vehicles by forklift and by hand
- Checking incoming and outgoing stock
- Maintaining clear records of stock movements
- Sorting and allocating stock to zones
- Stock counting and location checks
Essential Skills required
- Good organisational skills
- Reliability
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job
- Able to work alone or as part of a team
- Basic literacy and numeracy
- Able to think and plan ahead to avoid unnecessary work
- Able to speak Mandarin in order to effectively communicate with our factory
Desirable Skills
- Forklift experience
- Stock management experience
Picking and packing products can involve a substantial amount of manual handling including bending, stretching, stooping, stepping, reaching and lifting. It is important to ensure that you have a moderate level of fitness to enable you to comfortably carry out your tasks.
This role is suited for individuals who enjoy working systematically and productively. The fast-paced and energised environment relies on organisation and efficiency. Forward planning is essential to getting the job done on time and without tiring yourself out.
Forklift trained with a B1 counterbalance of up to 5 tons is desirable but not required, you will be given training as needed. We offer both permanent and temporary contracts.

- £23’000 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Authorisation:
- This is a full-time role based in our Bourne End office. Eligibility to work in the UK is a requirement.
Work Location:
- Bourne End, SL8 5DT, with nearby and accessible transport links. Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work is required.
