Engineered wood flooring is NOT waterproof. Finished flooring provides some degree of water resistance depending on the finishing itself but spills should be mopped up at the earliest to prevent damage to the product.

Product Overview
An unfinished engineered floor is wood flooring that has been made into flooring but has yet to go through the finishing process of being stained or having a protective coat of oil or lacquer applied. It cannot be walked on until the finishing process is complete. Unfinished flooring can be made into bespoke colours and finishes based on the client’s requirements. Our process of producing unfinished floors is highly controlled and we ensure the factory adheres to the same process we have designed so that our products maintain high consistency. The length (a) is 700mm, width (b) is 100mm angle (c) is 90 degrees and angle (d) is 45 degrees. This is commonly known as a “45-Degree Chevron”.
Suitability & Installation Advice
This product is suitable for secret nails, glue-down as well as floating installations. This product fully supports under-floor heating (Please observe the UFH section from our installation guide). If the finishing applied is not suitable for certain applications, please ensure you make the fitters and end-users aware.
